House of Refuge is dedicated to empowering women affected by substance use disorders by providing a safe, structured, and compassionate residential environment where healing, transformation, and long-term recovery are possible. Through evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and holistic support, we partner with each woman to reclaim her dignity, rebuild her identity, and restore her pathway to independence.
