Women of Value INC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) serving young women in Delaware, other states, and Ghana (West Africa). We believe everyone has a purpose that can be hindered by fear, trauma, lack of resources, and lack of education. Our goal is to provide women with the tools needed to achieve self- sufficiency, address unresolved trauma, engage in healthy relationships, and live fulfilling lives. Our mission is to ensure every woman we encounter is enlightened, uplifted, and empowered.

OUR SERVICES
Women of value offers wraparound services such as workshops, parenting skills trainings, career support, free mentoring program, all aimed at empowering young women.
FREE MENTORING PROGRAM
The Women of Value Mentoring Program provides young women with tools to face the adversities of life and helps them set goals to achieve their highest potential. The women are trained by addressing mental health concerns and past trauma, taught budgeting, credit building, healthy relationship dynamics, and also how to improve their self-esteem & confidence.
CAREER SUPPORT
We help young women with resume building, interview prep, and career support so they can create self-sufficiency. We have provided free training to low-income young women in information technology (IT) who are now making six-figure salaries.
WORKSHOPS
We provide educational resources to achieve optimum health, healthy relationships trainings including domestic violence, and support for financial and career goals. As Women of Value, we build from the inside out! Our programs are structured to encourage, teach, and enhance skills for tangible results.
ANNUAL RETREATS
We retreat every year for 3 days to dedicate time to assess, release our past and launch into the depth of the "WHOLE WOMAN". A whole woman knows the authority she carries, she knows who she is, period.
