Our Programs
Empowerment looks different at different stages of life.
Women of Value has served women through a variety of initiatives designed to strengthen the whole woman.
The Whole Woman Retreat
Restore. Reflect. Reconnect.
The Whole Woman Retreat is one of Women of Value's signature experiences. A three-day retreat that brings women together for personal reflection, emotional wellness, education, connection, and renewed vision.
The sixth annual retreat was held in 2025, continuing a tradition of creating intentional spaces where women can step away from everyday responsibilities and focus on their own development.
Five more ways we serve women.
Alongside the Retreat, these programs meet women at different stages of growth, healing, and leadership.
Mentorship
Women helping women move forward.
Our mentorship initiatives connect women with encouragement, accountability, practical wisdom, and supportive relationships.
Leadership Development
Developing women who influence their communities.
We believe leadership begins long before someone receives a title. Through workshops, mentorship, conferences, and practical opportunities, women develop communication, decision-making, confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills.
Workforce & Job Readiness
Building pathways toward independence.
Economic stability is an important component of long-term well-being. Women of Value provides employment-focused education and workforce-development initiatives designed to help women strengthen job readiness, professional skills, confidence, and economic independence.
Mental Health & Emotional Wellness
Tools for the inner life.
Our mental health initiatives provide education and practical tools around emotional wellness, relationships, boundaries, self-esteem, coping, personal responsibility, and healthy decision-making.
Workshops & Conferences
Learning together, in person and online.
Women of Value hosts educational workshops, conferences, virtual programs, and community events addressing topics relevant to women's lives.
Our flagship: House of Refuge.
As the needs of the women we encountered became more complex, our work evolved. That evolution led to House of Refuge, a Delaware-licensed ASAM Level 3.1 residential treatment program for adult women with substance use disorders.
Today, Women of Value represents both empowerment and intervention, supporting women at different stages of their lives.
